Gallerie Australis Provenance and Authenticity

All artworks depicted on this website come complete with Gallerie Australis’ provenance which is highly recognized throughout the Australian Art Industry and is required by the major auction houses in the event of re-sale. Gallerie Australis support our artists by maintaining a complete catalogue raisone of all of our artist’s works. All artworks are accompanied with full documentation and signed certificates of authenticity.

Money Back Guarantee on all on-line sales

Gallerie Australis offer our clients a complete money back guarantee in the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee that we will fully refund the cost of the artwork (less outbound freight and insurance charges) provide we receive the purchasers written advice within seven days of receiving the artwork and the artwork is returned to us, (at the cost of the purchaser), in it’s original condition with accompanying documentation.

Currency and Australian Government Taxes

Gallerie Australis quote our catalogue prices in Australian Dollars (AUD) which include 10% Australian Government Goods and Service (GST) taxes. The GST of 10% is deductible from our catalogue prices for bona fide export sales under the proscribed Australian Government tax refund procedure.

Foreign Taxes

Gallerie Australis is not liable for any foreign taxes that may be applicable to the import of any artworks purchased through on-line sales. We recommend that the purchaser check with their local authorities to determine if import or local taxes are applicable.

Payments can be made to Gallerie Australis by major credit cards; American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club card or by direct wire transfer. Shipping and Insurance
Gallerie Australis use first class local, statewide, interstate and world-wide door-to-door courier services. All artworks are packed to a high standard and are fully insured during transit to cover loss or damage.

Delivery of Artworks

Artworks are usually shipped within 24 hours of processing your order and clearing payment with confirmation sent to the purchaser. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, however, delivery usually occurs within seven days of shipping your order.
